I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Jim for over 30 years and I can only say, his vision, guidance and no-nonsense approach to Business is commercially refreshing!!

In our early years – we shared a love for competitive sport and gained a good understanding of; The Power of Teamwork!! (Gaining a clear understanding of your roll, responsibility coupled with a desire to “do your best” can deliver outstanding results!!)

Fast forward 10 years and I had the privilege of delivering “Leadership” training for Focus 21 (Top Flight Training was providing bespoke training solutions for BBC, News International and Unilever Etc.)

Jim always had a very clear vision, of where his business needed to be however, he needed his teams to buy into this and come up with a structured pathway in order to implement his strategy; and this is where we came in!! It is also worth noting; Jim would carry out this process, even if his business was commercially having a tough time!!

Fast forward another 10 years and I find myself in New Zealand as a Co Owner (with my Fashion Designer wife) of Lemon Tree Design! We are a Multi Million Dollar Brand who has a presence here and Oz!

Without Jim’s thought provoking guidance, we certainly would have not achieved so much, so quickly!!

Let’s face it, over a 20-year period, Jim as ridden the ups and downs of a business, from a 2-man band Startup, to a 100-person strong, commercially successfully business that others wanted to buy!!
