Jim initially wanted to find out as much about the business as possible, my ethos and future plans for the company, it’s employees + it’s client and supplier base.

I feel Jim now has an extremely good understanding of the business as a whole and it’s daily, weekly, monthly workings.

He is logical, professional and has created spreadsheets that are now key to the business for ec spends, cost of sales, future sales forecasting.

I feel he is now a natural extension of the business and someone I can fully trust, discuss any immediate or future issues with, who offers sound solid advice.

I feel it’s good to engage with a professional who is outside the business as they can always have a slightly different take on the business and suggest things that as an ownerm, we may not of thought of?

As owners we always tend to think everything is always as good as it can be as we head it up, Jim allows you to take a step back and look at alternatives that will make the company more streamlined, more cost effective, hence more profitable.

Having Jim onboard and the improvements he has suggested to the business will without doubt 100% far outweigh his fees.
