I have known Jim now for over 20 years.  In 2016 I started my first business and I met with Jim to talk about the challenges that I would potentially encounter, reviewed my plans he offered advice for the set-up and control of my business.  Over 3 years I developed and evolved my organisation to the point that I decided to engage with Jim again early in 2019.  This time I wanted support to help transition my business from a small entity to bringing on employees and support for the organisation.  Over the course of 2019 my business doubled in size and we are now on target to triple our turnover in the next 12 months.
